- Captain Oliver was born right here in Malena. With his entire family in the business, he also has many years experience as a Captain as well as a fisherman. He knows the area well! SERENA is originally from the US (most recently Florida). Previous experience in the US Coast Guard should put your mind at ease. She speaks English, and is currently working on her Spanish.
